Vishal holds Bachler of Mechanical Engineering from Pune University, Pune with total 15 years of experience as a Senior Process Executive in Automobile Industry, as well as working on solar Installation, Design & Maintenance work. He is also done SOLAR Certification from N.S.D.C & MITCON Pune.
He also possesses strong skills in formulating & implementing business strategy, business development, marketing & sales, policies. He has embarked upon the mission to promote and establish Solar Energy as an affordable and cost-effective ‘Plurality of Power’ in the coming decade through Pruthvi Solar’s “Future Energy Solutions”.

Ganesh holds Master in Electronics Engineering from Shivaji university, Kolhapur as well as Bachler of Electronics Engineering from Dr. BAMU University, Aurangabad with total 15 years of experience as an Assistant Professor, Expert Solar Trainer as well as working on solar Installation, Design & Maintenance work. He is also working as Master Trainer for Solar PV Program in MITCON Consultancy & Engineering Services, Pune, India as well as Solar Consultant for various solar industries.
He is responsible for the business of renewable energy. He is engaged in the businesses of providing decentralized and sustainable Renewable Energy (RE) solutions.
